How fast is regular delivery?
The production time for our tables, benches, and chairs is approximately 15–16 weeks, depending on the material. Delivery within the UK typically takes an additional 1 week. Larger pieces may require a longer production time.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date and time with you.
Please make sure you provide us with contact details (phone number and address) upon ordering so we can contact you to arrange delivery as quickly as possible.
If I have ordered several items, will they all be delivered at once?
Mostly, your items will be delivered together.
Occasionally they will arrive separately, but this is not the norm. We
like to track our carbon footprint as much as possible, that’s why we’re
dedicated to making as few deliveries to you as possible.
How can I change my delivery address?
If you would like to change your delivery address,

Because our pieces are made to order, timelines can vary. Once production is complete, delivery within the UK typically takes around 1 week. We’ll share delivery details once your order is ready to ship. Delivery will be coordinated with you ahead of arrival. (edited)

The delivery is free to the room of your choice. If you would like white glove delivery with installation, it costs a flat rate of £75. For available postcodes, please get in touch. This service is available for GB customers.
How will my items be delivered?
Some items are delivered flat-packed to ensure safe transport. Assembly requirements vary by product and size. Where assembly is required, it is kept minimal and designed to be straightforward.

Hardman Design ship across the World. Whilst delivery
times are different between Europe and the rest of the World, we take
custom orders from many countries outside of Europe.
